If you wish to pay by cheque please allow 5-7 working days for the cheque to clear before your
order will be dispatched.

General Information

Regular range of leather is available as either a FULL hide or HALF hide

Leather is a natural product and its beauty is enhanced by occaional visible hallmarks and subtle differences in
texture and shade. Inevitably there maybe some slight variations in colour from batch to batch.

Terms of Trading

In the event of an order being incorrectly fullfilled by us we will arrange replacement with a correct item and
collection of item for return free of charge.

If the order is correct, any returns will be subject to a 20 % handling charge plus postage and packing charges at
cost to customer. However we can only accept returned items that are in the condition they were originally
dispatched in.

Shortages and damages must be notified to the carriers concerned and to us within 3 days of receipt of goods.

All goods must be inspected before work commences. No complaints can be entertained after the material has
been cut or otherwise processed.

Notification of non-receipt of goods must be in writing within 10 days of invoice.
